Hope Malveaux
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Hope Malveaux is a result-oriented change agent with over 15 years of experience providing guidance and leadership to senior managers in startup, growth, and stable organizations.
She is the founder and CEO of Veaux Professional Service, LLC, where she implements a holistic methodology that focuses on the “total organization.” With this process, she teaches leaders to embrace the resistance that comes from change and focus on their desired result.
She has managed human capital for 20 power plant facilities, with human capital of over 6 thousand and project cost of $4B +. Hope has been responsible for developing retention strategies, system integration, onboarding, succession planning, benefits comparison, total rewards strategy, purchase sales agreement review, culture alignment, policy restructure, and alignment.
With honesty, integrity, and exceptional work ethic, Hope has developed and implemented various projects and programs for her clients, including talent management plans, performance management systems, training, and development, onboarding, recruiting, HR compliance audits, standard operating procedures, handbook development, job analysis, HR strategy development, benefits management, ACA, employee engagement and compensation design.
